In the midline of the neck, inferior to both the palpable thyroid and cricoid cartilages.

Imaginary sagittal midline, lower border of mandible & the antero-medial border of sternocleidomastoid
What are the boundaries of the posterior triangle of the neck?
Postero-lateral border of sternocleidomastoid, superior border of clavicle, anterior border of trapezius
Dystonia of which muscle causes torticollis?
Sternocleidomastoid
What signs might injury to the accessory nerve show?
Wasting of trapezius &/or sternocleidomastoid,
Dropped shoulder
