A

V1 - Ophthalmic: Sensory

  • Sensation from cornea, skin of forehead, scalp, eyelids, nose, nasal cavity mucosa

V2 - Maxillary: Sensory

  • Sensation from face over maxilla, upper lip, maxillary teeth (superior alveolar nerve)

V3 - Mandibular: Both

  • Sensation of mandible, mandibular teeth (inferior alveolar nerve), mucosa of mouth and anterior 2/3 tongue sensation
  • Motor movements include moving temporalis, masseter, orbicularis oris, buccinator, lateral and medial pterygoid
