 Life policy taken out by the truster, saying that she held it as trustee for 3 beneficiaries.
 One of them knew about declaration of trust, others did not.
 It was decided that the mere execution of the declaration of trust was not enough. There needed to be some recognised equivalent to delivery of property for standard trust. The equivalent was recognised as intimation to at least one beneficiary.
