What are the 4 steps in the for choosing locations to write replicas
A
1 - First replica is written to local node
2 - Second replica is written to a random node on another rack
3 - Third replica is written on the same rack as the second, but on a different node chosen randomly
4 - Subsequent replicas are written on random nodes on the cluster
