Hunted with small caliber rifles, shot guns, dogs and birds. They are hunted from oct1 to dec31 generally.

Coccidia( parasite, formed by cysts in the hare, is not zoonotic accept for the Coccedia toxoplasma Gondii) all other forms are suitable for consumption. Psudotuburculosis(zoonotic, do not consume, see lungs) EBHS(do not eat meat), and tularemia( ticks ).
