Early intervention
Objective:
let a person know their behaviour is offensive,
stop behaviour
prevent escalation or repeat behaviour
BYSTANDER:
1. Look out
2. Speak up
3. Take aside
4. Check in
Interim action
Respectful Relations Officers can take immediate steps upon receiving a report
Examples of Interim Action:
Non-interaction arrangements,
training / awareness activities without conclusion of occurance
