Define Injurious Falsehood?
Injurious falsehood includes SLANDER OF TITLE, meaning a false statement calculated to harm plaintiff’s pecuniary interest by publication with malice causing special damage.
What else is included in Injurious Falsehood?
Injurious falsehood also includes trade disparagement, meaning a false statment calculated to harm plaintiff’s trade or business, with knowledge or reckless disregard of falsity, causing special damage.
Explain interference with Business Relations?
Interference with business relations is established by proof of intentional harmful interference with a contract or business expectancy by improper or wrongful means.
Define Interference?
The interfering conduct need not be illegal so long as it violates generally accepted business standards.
