Pursuing a course of conduct amounting to harassment (s.1)
Putting the victim in fear of violence (s.3)

Malicious Communications Act
A
It is an offence to send a malicious communication to another person
This includes by letter or electronic communication or article of any description
Content must be:
Indecent or grossly offensive
A threat
Information which is false and known or believed to be false by the sender
The effect must be to cause distress to the recipient or any other person with intention to cause this distress
