Beginning Stance
Feet together, hands down on the sides
Cheer Stance
Shoulder-width apart your feet, Hands slightly raise, in fist.
T-Motion
Shoulder-width legs feet apart, Arms raised/extended in a straight line, in closed fist
Half T-Motion
Bend the elbows, still parallel to the ground, in closed fist
Clap
Fingertips on the level of the chin, elbows in
Clasp
Fingers wrapped together, on the level of the chin, elbows in
Overhead Clasp
Fingers wrapped together, on the level of the chin, elbows in, arms extended above the head
Low Clasp
Fingers wrapped together, on the level of the chin, elbows in, arms extended straight down, slightly in front of the body
Touchdown
Arms are extended above, parallel to each other, fists/palms facing each other
Low Touchdown
Arms are extended below, parallel to each other, fists/palms facing each other
High V
Arms extended up, forming the letter V
Low V
Arms extended down, forming the letter V
Table Top
Arms bent, fists/palms in front of the shoulder
Punch
one arm extended straight up, one arm bent (fist on the waist)
L Motion
Arms extended, in a closed fists, forming an L
