A

Low demand:
Darrach (head resection)

High demand:
TFCC intact–> hemiresection+tissue I’position
TFCC not intact–> sauvé-kapandji

Ulnar stump instability:

  1. ECU slip (prox based) & FCU slip (dist based) tenodesis
  2. Scheker arthroplasty (useful for salvage)
