Foul
One arm straight forward, other fist hits forearm of straight arm

Hands above head forming a “V”, closed fists
Goal
Raise both arms, fully extended, straight up, palms facing inwards

Two fists bumped together in front of chest, back of hands facing outward

Forearms extended in front of body, elbows tight against torso with palms facing upwards

Hands down, sway back and forth to create an “X”
Sweeping crossover motion with both arms extended down in front of body

One arm down to one’s side, point with other arm extended, flat palm, thumb parallel to fingers, towards playing field (in) or away from playing field (out)

Arms raised, elbows bent, fists facing head, creating two “L”s with either arm

Arms extended to side, palms facing front (make a “T” with your arms and torso)

Right arm extended in front of body, palm facing up and then rotate to palm facing down

Pat hand up and down on head with open hand

Hands in an “X” above your head, hands closed in a fist

Form a “T” with the hands, or a hand and the disc

Make an upside down “T” with your hands (bottom hand straight and top hand straight down)

Hands behind head (like a relaxing person laying out - haha, different kind of laying out)

Hands outstretched to the side in fists, make a “T” with your arms and torso (Bonus: similar to Marking infraction, but hands are different)

A dab motion without your head moving down, palms facing down
