Valgus deformity of the Metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe.

A
Poor fitting footwear or genetic.

What are the radiographic features of hallux valgus ?
A
A metatarsophalangeal angle greater than 15 degrees.
Lateral subluxation of the base of the 1st proximal phalanx.
Dorsal angulation of the 1st metatarsal on the lateral view.
