Collins
1. Build in Glass:
-¾ oz Lemon
-1.75 oz Bols Blue Curacao/grape vodka batch
-1 oz wine (moscato)
- Give a quick stir
- Fill 2/3rds with Sprite
- Top with ice
- Garnish: First put in Red straw, then add 2 tbsp Boba. Finally, Eyeball gummy floating (they will sink once handed off)
Description: A bright blue wine cooler, sharp and sweet like a blue jolly rancher.
Morticia’s Mocha
Irish Coffee Cup
1. Into Irish coffee cup add:
-Roughly ¾ oz mint syrup
-Rough ¾ oz mocha syrup
-1 oz Pernod Anisette
2. Steam 250 ml of milk
3. Add half to glass, stir to combine
4. Add remainder of milk
5. Garnish: whipped cream + black glitter “Deadly Nightshade”
Description: a mint and anise flavored mocha, lighter on alcohol, could add ½ oz vodka if desired to be a “full strength” drink.
Grave Dirt
Single Rocks
1. Rim inner lip of glass with mocha syrup.
2. Add 3.25 oz Batch (equal parts vanilla vodka, Kapali, and CBC)
3. Add ice
4. 1 oz (vanilla) almond milk
5. Serve without mixing
Description: basically a white russian with milk. Could be yummy with plant based “cream” or can be made a little less sweet by increasing the vodka in batch and decreasing the Kapali to account for a sweet garnish.
Zombie Bathwater
Single Rocks
1. To a Shaker tin add:
-¾ oz Lemon
-¾ oz Green Pickle Juice (Pickle Brine with 2 drops green 2 drops yellow food die per oz in a cheater bottle)
-2 oz Evan Williams
-1/8 tsp of Green Glitter/Worms Wart (keep the spoon dry!)
- Shake, double strain over large cube
- Garnish: arm swizzle stick with edible glitter
Description: Whiskey Sour meets Pickle Back. The use of a sweet/spicy pickle brine gives balance to the acid. Funky enough to wake the dead.
*Note: need to purchase more of Pickle Dave’s Sweet and Spicy Pickle Chips
The Counts Cosmopolitan
Coupe
1. To a shaker tin add:
-2 oz Pomegranate Faber Vodka
-¾ oz Cherry Liquor (Dr. McGillicuddy’s)
-¾ oz Lime
-¼ oz Grenadine
2. Shake, double strain into coupe
3. Float:1 oz red wine (use a cheap, mild wine like a merlot thats not too sweet and without oakiness, combine it with food coloring in a cheater bottle, 3-4 drops per oz of wine.)
4. Garnish: red crushed candy rim. dracula fangs on side of glass
Description: a little bit richer than a classic “thin/skinny” Cosmo, the red wine has a beautiful float effect that slowly bleeds into the drink. The Count likes his Cosmo’s with a little blood after all.
Bloody Michelada
Pint
1. Rim glass with Tajin.
2. Add:
-2 oz Bloody Batch (with 3-4 drops per 2 oz’s mixed in)
-½ oz Lime
-4 dashes Cholula
3. Fill with Iron City, careful of foam.
4. Garnish: Garnish - Lime wheel perched
Description: a michelada with a little extra color to give it that seasonal flair.
*Note: Zing Zang is reputedly the best pre-made mixer for Michelada’s and is available at Target for $6 a 32oz
