Half Top - System #1

Kamura

A

Dive into “kamura” position
1. Secure back control - If opponent sits towards you (Dive knee, get hook, secure seat belt, drive to back control)
2. N/S kamura - If opponent sits away (Follow to N/S, hit kamura)
3. Arm bar - If opponent doesn’t move (Dive knee, pull kamura grip, rotate to arm bar)
Bonus. Belly down arm bar - If opponent gets to knees (With back take [1])

Half Top - System #2

Ankle Lock

A
  1. Esteema lock - If opponent puts foot on belly (Elbow deep on heel, arm triangle the foot, step up near side leg under leg locked side, step opposite leg over and sit)
  2. Overhook to ankle lock - (Overhook, windshield wiper, sit into ankle lock)
  3. Underhook to ankle lock - (Underhook, throw leg over, anchor on knee, adjust to ankle lock)

Half Bottom - System #1

Deep Half

A

Deep Half (No underhook) - Initiate with underhook, pull under, shin in
1. Shin in sweep
2. Ankle lock - Opponent posts back, push to ankle lock (Underhook side)
3. One leg X-guard far arm sweep - Opponent posts forward (Roll through to ankle lock [Shin side], finish with X-guard sweep [Knee down])
Bonus. Shoot for deep half, bottom hand grabs under ankle, drive opponent over, when opponent fights back switch into ankle lock

Half Bottom - System #2

Kamura

A
  1. Kamura - Get lock down, finish (Flatten opponent before locking it up)
  2. Belly down arm bar/kamura - If opponents locks hands (take outside leg out and pry it across opponents face, drive it over the kamura arm, finish)
  3. Back take - If opponents sits up (Roll towards opponents leg)

Half Top - System #3 (Choke Series)

A
  1. High elbow - Cant get cross knee pass, post to hit anaconda
  2. Ninja/Front naked choke - If you cant get elbow up, roll through and adjust to finish
  3. High elbow from back - if opponent rolls through
  • All from opponents shallow underhook

Bonus: If he attacks leg, instead of underhook, lock up bolt cutter, sit to d’arce
