Vehicle/Pedestrian Deviation (V/PD)
Any entry or movement on the controlled movement area by a vehicle (including aircraft operated by non-pilots) or pedestrian that has not been authorized by Air Traffic Control
Jet Blast
Jet fighter aircraft require 200 ft safe distance behind the aircraft. Medium and heavy aircraft require 500-1200 feet safe distance.
Runway Side Stripes
Solid white lines running the length of the runway identifying the runway edge.
Overruns

Runway edge lights
White lights located on the edges of the runways
Taxiway edge lights
Blue lights used to outline taxiways and parking aprons
Runway Guard Lights
Provide a distinctive warning to anyone approaching the runway holding position that they about to enter an active runway
Taxiway End Lights
Lights are yellow amber, defines where a taxiway ends at crossing taxiway
Runway Threshold Lights
Green in color, positive identification of the beginning of the operational surface at night or in instrument weather
Runway End Lights
Red in color, defines operation surface for aircraft landing, rollout, of takeoff
FOD Control
All personnel will atop and check for FOD at marked checkpoints and any other entrance before proceeding onto the aircraft movement pavement surface.
Operating Vehicle Near Active Runway
Vehicle will not operate colored than 100 ft from active runway without runway clearance from Control Tower
Parking Near Aircraft
Vehicles will not be parked in the immediate vicinity (25 ft to the front and 200 ft to the rear) of any aircraft, expect as authorized for operations
If Vehicle Must Be Left Unattended
Vehicle will be turned off with keys in ignition
Gear level will be put in reverse gear for vehicles with manual transmission and in the park position for vehicles with automatic transmissions
