Rectal bleeding 
perianal pain or discomfort

mucus discharge

A

DRE
proctoscopy: look at them, conclusive diagnostic test

can do colonoscopy to rule out cancer

A

Fybogel, steroids, rubber band ligation, infrared photocoagulation

Surgery if severe
