What is the commonest presenting complain of bladder malignancy?
Painless haematuria
What does associated loin pain or ureteric colic suggest?
Suggests that a stone or clot is the cause
What does suprapubic pain associated with haematuria suggest?
Bladder stone
Blood at the end of micturation suggests…?
Bleeding from prostate or bladder base
