What are its causes?
A
- Small and pale RBCs
- Low Hb, Low MCV, low ferritin levels
- Blood loss, Malabsorption, Dietary deficiency

What are you deficient in if you have Macrocytic Anaemia?
A
- B12
- Folate (only 4 month supply)

- Hypersegmented neutrophils
- Blood test Hb low, MCV high
- B12=smooth tongue
