Hello & Welcome to Gyu-Kaku! My name is Aviad and I will be your server today. Is this your first time dining with us?
What is Gyu Kaku?
Gyu Kaku is a Japanese BBQ restaurant. Our meats are served raw for you to cook and enjoy on the grill, everything is meant to be shared “tapas style”. Can I go over the menus with you?
Explain the Menu
We have multiple options for you to choose from, you can order a la carte, courses, or do all-you-can-eat. If it’s your first time I recommend all you can eat or a course.
Marination Rule
Most of our meats are marinated to order and have recommended marinades, our Garlic shoyu chicken, sukiyaki kalbi and umakara ribeye are pre-marinated.
Recommendations
Our Harami Skirt Steak with miso marinade is a very popular and delicious choice, it’s what made Gyu-Kaku popular in North America
For seafood garlic shrimp is a solid option that pairs well with garlic noodles
Our chicken teriyaki is a classic and safe choice
Safety Instructions
Just to let you know, the grill is now on so please be careful as the grill net and ring are going to be hot. To adjust the level of heat, the dial is right here, turn left to lower the heat or right to raise it. Please make sure to use your tongues for grilling. If you have any allergies or other food restrictions, please let me know!
