When is HPV co-testing appropriate?
Co-testing is performed to triage lo-grade abnormalities, including atypical squamous cells or undetermined significance and low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions
Bartholin duct cyst
Blockage of the Bartholin gland duct. Located bilaterally at the posterior vaginal Introits. Glands drain into the vulvar vestibule to provide lubrication.
Exam findings od bartholin duct cyst
soft , mobile, non tender cystic mass palpable behind the posterior labium magus with possible extension into vagina
Management of bartholin duct cyst
Asymptomatic- observation
Symptomatic- incision and drainage
