How might an ovarian cyst present?
A
Unilateral dull chronic pelvic pain, which may be intermittent or only during intercourse
Torsion or rupture may lead to severe abdominal pain
large cysts may cause abdominal swelling or pressure effects on the bladder

She has a regular cycle, her LMP started 7 days ago. Sexually active, always uses condoms. No vaginal bleeding. What is the most likely diagnosis? What is an important differential?
