Colp Cx cytology Vaginoscopy Biopsy FBC U+E LFTs Cr CT CAP
1a radical WLE 1 cm deep to inferior fascia of urogenital diaphragm
1b (more 2 cm more then 1 stromal invasion) needs nodes
If advanced surgery still mainstay
If risking sphincters then consider RT
Can use adjuvant RT or chemo case by case
High rate recurrence
Ongoing monitoring
