2ww referral for Gynae cancers
A
Ovarian - high serum ca125 and abnormal USS or ascites or pelvic/abdo mass
Cervical - white patches or other abnormal cervical findings on speculum
Endometrial - PMB >55
Vulval - unexplained lump or ulcer
Vagina - unexplained palpable mass

Mx of endometrial hyperplasia
A
No atypia - give progestogens (mirena ius) and surveillance biopsies
Atypia - TAH BSO or regular surveillance biopsies to check origression to cancer if surgery C/I
