Also known as cardiorespiratory fitness is the ability of the heart, lungs and vascular system to deliver oxygen rich blood to working muscles during sustained physical activity example mile, dancing, and pacer
Muscular endurance
Is the ability of a muscle or muscle group to repeat a movement many times or to hold particular position for extended period of time. Both aerobic exercise and anaerobic can improve muscular endurance example curled up, push-up
Flexibility
In the degree to which an individual muscle will lengthen. Ex. Sit and reach test (flexibility of hamstrings)

Body composition
Is the amount of fat in the body compared to the amount of lean mass (muscles, bones, organs etc.)
Agility
The ability to change directions quickly and easily most games required this (example dodgeball, Fort Knox, and football etc.)
Speed
Is a measure of the ability to move all or part of the body as quickly as possible
Muscular strength
Maximum amount of force a muscle can exert against an opposing force
Pacer
Running activity to the cadence (series of beeps that are a specific amount of a part) where you improve your cardiovascular endurance
CPR
First step in primary assessment is seen safety. Barriers are used to protect us from diseases. You can use compression only CPR when someone is unconscious and not breathing. If you are alone and choking fall on a chair/countertop. Pregnant and choking use chest thrusts. Chest compressions should be done at a speed of 100 to 120 per minute. And incision is a straight cut. In adult CPR you should compress The chest 2 to 2.4 inches.
Matt ball
The kickball type of game where you could keep running around the bases and scores many runs as you can for your team. You also did not have to run to the next base unless you knew you could make it
Survivor
The game where you must make it all the way around the gym and back to where you started without touching the gym floor. If you touch the floor you were sent to shark island where your team had to come get you before they can move on
Mission impossible
The game is like survivor but you went straight across the gym and there were dodgeballs. If you touch the floor or got hit by a dodgeball you went back to start
Boot Camp
Circuit training exercises-works different muscle groups for short period of time
Castle ball
Dodgeball where are you knocked out and build castles out of hoops
Fort Knox
In Kentucky this is the game where you cross over to the other team side and tried to steal your gold or break a teammate out of jail. One guard for each side of the jail or the fort
Volley tennis
Either team can score a point, it does not matter who served you need to say that score on each serve. You keep serving till you no longer score points for your team you rotate clockwise
Football
Football positions quarterback throws the ball. Receiver catches the ball. Center snaps/hikes the ball. The field is 120 yards long. Tackling is not allowed.
Volleyball
There are 6 players on a team
Back right serves the ball
Rotate clockwise
A game is played to 25 points and you must win by 2
