chest up, hips hinge back until hands reach knees, knees bend down until plates touch the ground, on the way up knees extend and then hips extend, bar should remain against the body throughout the lift, hips above knees head above hips at the bottom
bench press
even grip outside shoulders, bar touches chest, body is tight, hands finish over shoulders
spotting
on count of three, step back and don’t distract, only assist a bencher
squat
feet flat, knees track toes, hips get at or below knee height, chest stays facing forward
