handles complaints (in writing). reviews settlements (assisted by registrar within 30 days). if no settlement, investigative commitee appoints investigation panel.

Discipline commitee

if member admits to unskilled practice/unprofessional investigative commitee recommends an order or penalty (“stipulated order”) to the discipline comitee. they appoint a case manager who reviews, and if agrees, discusses with member. if no agreement, matter is refeerred to discipline comittee for a hearing .

disciplinary hearing

if member does not agree to unskilled/unprofessional conduct. a panel of 3 members is formed. evidence is given by both parties - investigative committee and the member.
