The Menstruation Cycle Consists of what Phases?

A
  • Phase 1. Menstrual Phase; Uterus living breaks down, causing a woman’s period.
  • Phase 2. Follicular Phase; Oestrogen rises, uterus lining begins to build up.
  • Phase 3. Ovulation Phase; Oestrogen peaks, and ovulation occurs.
  • Phase 4. Lustral Phase; Uterus lining continues to thicken if ovum remains unfertilised, uterus contracts in readiness to shed the built-up layer.

How is Grief & Loss experienced.

A
  • Emotionally: Negative emotions/ Normal emotions, depression, loneliness
  • Physically: Physically sick ( might need to vomit), Headaches, stomaches, may eat less or more
  • Spiritually: might increase in traits or decrease
  • Socially: Guys tend to hold back and isolate, and girls tend to go to someone for support
  • Behaviourally: You shouldn’t always act like an idiot toward others because you are going through something, doesn’t give you the right to act like a jerk
