Generalisability
When data produced can help understand other groups in the society and not just the one researched.
Reliability
When the findings can be reproduced using the same research methods and conditions and produce the same result.
Objectivity
The extent of which the researcher has applied their own values and beliefs to the research.
Validity
The extent of which the data produced portrays a true picture of the subject being studied.
Deception

Ethics
A collection of values, norms and regulations that help constitute and regulate the research, make it morally right.
Representativeness
How well the research reflects the subjects studied (target population).
