- small, firm, intensely pruritic reddish-brown warty papules
- mainly on the upper trunk
Usually occurs in older men (70–80 yrs).

Treatment
A
involves relieving itch until spont. resolution.
Includes topical (preferable)
- or oral steroids and UV light.
