Specific goal for the entire groups, the basis for the group program
What is an individual goal ?
Related to group goals but specific to individual members
What is a group process goal?
the environment for the group, reflects the group values. In group behavior, group dynamics, member interactions.
What is validity?
Measuring what needs to be measured
What is reliability?
Not subject to external influences

When a decrease in one unwanted behavior increases the activity of another unwanted behavior.

Concrete data found in numerical measurements.
Collected by scoring, rating scales and counting

Used for surveys when counting may be impossible or intrusive

when looking at increased knowledge, awareness, understanding

The measurement of any data taken prior to intervention
