- opens himself up too soon/too much
- talks a lot about himself
- when group members are not ready to solve the problem can be destructive to him
- not good for counselling; might provoke in other groups to open up

- active especially in conflicts (rebellions)
- attacks leader, group standards
- sometimes overtakes rolle of leader

- releases tension by humour and laughing
- handy in first stage
- sometimes unable to adjust his behaviour to more serious matters; then loses his position
