  1. Use time wisely, prioritise and use time constructively.
  2. Ensure I have a firm understand of the task and ensure I remain goal focused.
  3. Be inclusive to everyone in the team, use names, be personable, encourage others.
  4. Maintain positive and engaging body language, nod along, smile, look into camera.
  5. If someone is dominating conversation, try getting their attention by saying name ; try to claim your own role (time keeping/ scribe).
  6. Use STAR to explain answers.
