how do you describe a lesion?

A

3D ATP

Degree: mild, moderate, marked, severe

Duration: peracute, acute, subacute, chronic, chronic active (acute on chronic)

Distribution:
- focal= 1 lesion
- multifocal= multiple lesions w normal tissue in between
- regionally extenisve= lesion involves LARGE portion of described tissue.
- Diffuse= all used
- Disseminated= present in multiple organs; ex: cancer
