Brush bun with butter place on grill to toast
Spread roasted tomato mayo over top and bottom bun

top with chicken sliced avocado and top bun

Cut burger in half
place a large round plate at 6 o’clock place fries at 2 o’clock

add farro, orzo, bercy and feta
season with salt and pepper

Add spinach and pesto vinaigrette sauté lightly with spinach remove from heat

Place vegetables and center of rectangular plate
Top with shrimp
garnish with feta and pesto vinaigrette

drizzle with a half ounce lemon vinaigrette around plate and on top of salmon

Spray asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper➡️GRILL

Combined 2 ounce field greens
3 ounce chopped greens 
1 ounce tomatoes diced 
2 ounce balsamic dressing
quarter teaspoons salt and pepper

Place mixture in pasta bowl
top with salmon
place asparagus together leaning on salmon

garnish with feta and diced tomatoes

Add spinach and pesto vinaigrette

Drizzle pesto vinaigrette around large round plate place vegetables in the center plate
salmon on top of vegetables
lean asparagus against salmon

garnished with diced tomatoes and feta
drizzle with stripes of balsamic glaze
