What is LCA?
A technique that gauges and analyses the environmental impact of service, material, or product throughout its entire life cycle. It evaluates a materials life cycle with respect to energy, emissions and waste.
What is LCC?
Assessment of a buildings costs from cradle to grave . It reflects all factors ranging from initial costs, health issues and productivity to potential buildings reuse after demolition
