ARMBAR FROM THE MOUNT

A

UKE LIES ON FLOOR. MOUNT UKE AND HAVE THEM CHOKE YOU FROM BELOW. LEFT HAND ON THEIR CHEST. RIGHT ARM COMES OVER THE THEIR LEFT ARM AND JOINS THE OTHER HAND. APPLY PRESSURE. BRING LEGS FORWARD AND APPLY PRESSURE ON THEIR CHEST. JUMP LEGS SO THAT LEFT LEG GOES STRAIGHT OUT TO THE LEFT WITH TOE FACING UP, RIGHT LEG GETS ON KNEE, SOLE FACING OUT TO THE RIGHT. LEFT ARM COMES UP TO GRAB THE ENEMYS HAND, SIMULTANEOUSLY SWING RIGHT LEG AROUND AND GET INTO THE ARMBAR. BRING RIGHT HAND UP AND CONTROL THEIR HAND AND ARM. LEVERAGE ARM UNTIL TAP. STAND UP, BASIC WARRIOR STANCE.

ARMBAR FROM THE GUARD

A

LAY ON YOUR BACK. UKE COMES INTO YOUR GUARD AND YOU WRAP YOUR LEGS AROUND THEM. UKE PERFORMED HOLLEYWOOD CHOKE. TRAP UKES WRISTS AND BRING THEIR ARMS TO BEND USING YOUR ELBOWS. DRIVE RIGHT BOOT INTO UKE’S RIGHT HIP AND FISH OUT SO THAT BUTT GOES TO THE RIGHT AND GETS A BIT OF DISTANCE. LEFT LEG STARTS TO POSITION FOR ARMBAR OVER CHEST, RIGHT LEG SWINGS AROUND THEIR HEAD. ROLL UKE ONTO THEIR BACK AND SITUP INTO THE ARMBAR. LEVERAGE ARM UNTIL TAP. STAND UP, BASIC WARRIOR STANCE.
