Define geostationary orbit of a satellite and state their uses
A
A satellite whose orbit remains above a fixed point on the earth.
Useful for TV transmission - satellite dishes don’t need to move.

A
The force between two point masses is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
