When is form PA1A used?
A
Form PA1A is used where the deceased left no will and died totally intestate.

When is form PA1P used?
A
PAIP is used for grants of probate and grants of representation with the will annexed.

Can a PR be removed?
A
Under s50 Administration of Justice Act 1985, the court has a discretion to replace a PR. It will exercise its discretion if it is necessary for the welfare of the beneficiaries.
Applies to administrators and executors.
