Where is the verb put when this happens
2nd position
The end of the sentence
Ex: Ich muss meine Hausaufgaben machen.
Muss is the Modalverb and is in 2nd position
Machen is the verb and is moved to the end
Nominative case
Nouns/pronouns that are the subject of the sentence
Accusative case
Noun or pronoun is the direct object
From Nominative to Accusative, what changes for the word the

Ex: Der Lehrer kauft den Schreibtisch

Ein changes to einen (masculine)
