For words starting with a vowel:
My - m’ - no change
Your (s) - d’ - no change
His - a - no change
Hers - a - h
Our - ar (accent) - n-
Your (p) - bhur - n-
Their - a - n-

Colors agree in number and gender with the noun

Masculine singular: no change
Feminine singular: lenited
Plural: plural form–if the noun ends with a slender consonant (a consonant with e or i next to it), it’s also lenited
