Comma Rule #1 - How many words are needed in order to use commas in a list?
Three or more

By removing the appositive (the stuff in between two commas) and see if the sentence is still a complete sentence.

Comma Rule #10 - Where do you place the comma in an “if…then” statement?
Before then, even if it does not exist.
Ex:
If we win our game, then we’ll go to the playoffs.
If it rains, our game will be canceled.
Comma Rule #11 - What do you do if two adjectives are next to each other?
Place a comma in between the two adjectives

The old, tarnished brass needed to be polished.
