We use at the end of a formal letter addressed to a person by their name.
“Yours sincerely” or “Sincerely yours”
We use “It is time” to show that the right time to do something has come.

Wish + subject + past perfect is used to express our regret about a past situation.

I wish I hadn’t spent so much on my holiday.
As if / as though can be followed by the past tense to show that something isn’t probable or to show our doubts.
She looks today as though she was older then me.
If you behaved as if you were my friend, I’d be really surprised.
Sometimes cakes that we buy in shops taste as though they were home-made.
