Reticulate pink – violet papules with scale (lichen planus like) favor dorsal hands, feet, forearms, trunk one form/manifestation
Spectrum of sclerotic involvement

•Eosinophilic fasciitis-like: acute edema/pain, subcutaneous rippling (pseudo cellulite), linear depression following vein between muscle (groove sign) extremities. Hypereosinophilia may be a clue
•Affected nails – brittle/thin/anonychia/pterygium
•Oral/genital mucosa can be affected
