The outcome of the First Continental Congress was mot independence but it passed and signed the Continental Association in its Declaration and Resolves, which called for a boycott of British goods to take effect in December 1774

Small pox is a disease that causes sores to appear on your body and leak with puss

4/5 soldiers would get small pox but George Washington would infect his soldiers so it spread faster and be less lethal, after Washington plans for small pox 1/50 soldiers died form it

Patrick Henry was the Governor of Virginia in 1776 and later was a member of the First Continental Congress
He was born in 1736 and died in 1799
Who was Ben Franklin?
Ben Franklin was the man who found out electricity, he also was a founding father, and he was an attendant at the First Continental Congress
He was a huge part in the American Revolution because he was the first person who thought of independence

Who were Hessians?
Hessians were 30,000 German men that were hired by the British army to fight during the American Revolution
900 Hessians were captured by American shoulders, 23% of Hessians stayed in America after the war
What was the stamp act?
The Stamp act required the colonists to pay a tax, represented by a stamp, on various forms of papers, documents, and playing cards
Britain reinforced this act to pay for the soldiers that were in the colonies protecting them

The Sugar Act provided a strongly enforced tax on sugar, molasses, and other products imported into the American colonies from non-British Caribbean sources

The Townshed act was a increase in tax for glass, lead, paint, paper, and tea

Paul Revere was a member of the Sons of Liberty, and he was the one that rode his horse and warned everybody of the British invasion right before the battle of Lexington

The Battle of Lexington was the first battle of the American Revolution, it was the start of the American Revolution
