Describe the changes steps

A
  1. Ball change- a change of weight from the ball of on foot to the balll of the other. ( can be done with 2 steps or 2 ball drops)
  2. Heel change - a change of weight from the heel of one foot to the heel of the other. ( can be done with 2 heel drops or 2 heel digs)
  3. Ball to flat- a change of weight from the ball of one foot to the flat of the other. ( a step and a stamp must change weight)

A
