Voice
vocals have a very wide range uses falsetto (singing above normal top register) vibrato is used extensively combination of both syllabic and melismatic scoops up to notes (portamento) screaming at points outro- vocal improvisation bridge- multi tracked vocal harmonies *V3 is an octave higher, louder, more falsetto,growling, shouting and has a longer held note at the end improvised vocals at the end*
uses of electric guitar
plucked or picked at the start with broken chords/arpeggios strumming in second part of intro/link percussive sound hitting the strings in link before V3 mostly clean guitar sounds, distortion in V3 and strummed chords V3 chords also has pick-scraping, sliding, glissando,palm muting, hammer ons and pull offs
melodic/musical devices
4 main riffs in the peice i. made up of semiquavers ii.in the verses, electric guitar plays broken chords iii. acoustic guitar plays rhythmic, percussive riff in the verses and choruses iv. in final section, both guitars play a fourth riff

steady 12/8 tempo feels faster though as guitar plays semi quaver patterns at the beginning middle 8- longer notes from strings

quiet in intro volume increased in bringing more instruments
