egalitarian - equal for everyone
Maximising - give to those most likely to benefit the most
Libertarian - each responsible for own health (e.g. bonuses for participating)
What is the definition health service evaluation?
an assessment into how well a service is acheiving its attended aims
What is an audit?
a quality improvement process that seeks to improve patient care and outcomes through systematic review of care against explict criteria and the implementation of change
