one political party is in power, and people are forced to do what the goverment tells them
presidential democracy
people vote for legislature and for the leader of the country.

you only vote for your legislature. the dominant party then chooses the Prime Minister (Leader).

when a monarch holds some power but it is restricted by a constitution.
