Government
The organization inside a state that controls the actions and policies of the states
Democracy
a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections.
Constitutional monarchy
a system of government that is ruled by a king or queen whose power is limited by its country’s constitution.
Dictatorship
a form of government in which a person or a small group rules with almost unlimited power.
Republic
a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.
Oligarchy
a political system governed by a few people.
Theocracy
a system of government in which priests rule in the name of God or a god.
Anarchy
Anarchism is a political philosophy and movement that is against all forms of authority and seeks to abolish the institutions.
Monarchy
a political system in which supreme authority is vested in the monarch, an individual ruler who functions as head of state.
Totalitarian
One political party is in power and people are forced to do what the government tells them
