Autocracy`
A system of government in which absolute power is held by the ruler
Monarchy
A form of government that has a single person known as a monarch at its head
Absolute Monarchy
The king or Queen is by no means limited and has absolute power

Shares power with a costitutionally organized government

a government or a social situation where one person makes all the rules and decisions without input from anyone else
